After the Terry Fox Run on Sunday, my first time doing a 6 km. Angie was a great companion to walk alongside with. We kept each other going, when the going went rough!

Overloaded - Going for the Capoire lesson on Monday night took up the last drop of my resistance lol.. My body now screams for help;)

2 days of exercising and 2 days of singing.
2 days of training and 1 day of rest (celebreto my birthday!)

Wednesday night was spent singing and movin' to the beats of Micheal Jackson's song! We are performing in KL pac on the 9th of November, its an evening performance.
